Cherry Grove Apartments is a very-low income, multi-family housing community. We offer unit based Section 8 subsidy through the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), administered by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). We offer one, two, and three bedroom apartments. We offer apartments for single persons as well as apartments for persons with handicaps or disabilities. Rent is based on 30% of the adjusted gross income with an allowance made for utilities paid by the resident. Water, sewage, and trash removal is included in the rent. A stove and refrigerator are included as well as central air conditioning. The two and three bedroom apartments have washer and dryer hookups. Laundry facilities are available on site and accessible 24 hours a day. Professional maintenance personnel with emergency service 24 hours per day are also provided. Income limits apply.
