Mount Pleasant Apartments offers a variety of two, three, and four bedroom floorplans comprised of 47 apartments and townhomes that are located between the 1400 & 1500 blocks of Market Street and 1500-1700 blocks of Derry Street in the City of Harrisburg.

The Community is comprised of new apartments and townhomes that opened in 2007 featuring new appliances including a range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each apartment is equipped with central air and electric heat. Water sewer and trash are included in the rent. Some apartments offer private entrances and off-street parking.

The Community is administered by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) through the Federal low income Housing Tax Credit program. Eligible persons must meet minimum and maximum income requirements. Section 8 vouchers are accepted in certain units.
