The community is clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff is great and comes out right away to fix any issues. They even came out on Memorial Day. Upon moving in, after PMI acquired the apartment from the last property management company, my apartment was in abysmal shape. Everything was filthy, some furniture had mold, the kitchen appliances were obsolete, and the carpet heavily stained. PMI came in and fixed EVERYTHING promptly. They have the best customer service I have ever seen.

Perfect place for poor college kids. Rent is cheap, WiFi is free, apartments are very nice. There's a building where you can do your laundry and while you are waiting you can either tan, play Wii, play Playstation 3, play pool or just surf the Internet on their computers. Might i mind you, MICROSOFT WORD IS NOT CHEAP AND IS ON BARDS COMPUTERS.
