On October 5^th, the Pennsylvania Apartment Association Central had their annual awards gala to honor the “best of the best” in the real estate apartment industry and we are proud to announce the Property Management, Inc. award winners.
 

1^st Place for Leasing and Marketing at Twin Lakes Apartments

Twin Lakes Apartments is an apartment community located off Union Deposit Road in Harrisburg, PA. The community features one and two bedroom floor plans with some utilities included.

2^nd Place Maintenance Excellence at Graham Hill Apartments

Graham Hill Apartments offers one, two, and three bedroom floor plans with a host of community amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, putting green, and more.

Leasing Agent of the Year was awarded to Danielle Heilman of Bellevue Towers, Magnolia Hills, & Magnolia Gardens

Bellevue Towers, Magnolia Gardens, & Magnolia Hills have one and two bedroom apartments near downtown Harrisburg, PA. Each community has its own unique features and amenities.

Maintenance Supervisor of the Year was awarded to Chris Jones.

2017 Lifetime Achievement Award went to Senior Property Manager Hal Wilson.
