We have been with PMI for just under a year. The support and services PMI has provided have been fantastic. PMI staff is readily available when we need them, prompt in responding, and able to navigate challenging situations effectively on our behalf. There have been some sticky situations that have surfaced with homeowners recently and PMI is willing and able to navigate difficult conversations on behalf of the board and the community. When service quotes are needed, PMI quickly gets what we need and provides good options for consideration.

I have been living at Timber Ridge Townhouses at Waverly for about 15 years. The PMI staff is great and the maintenance department is the best. The other day my neighbor had a problem with his A/C and called maintenance. When they came they noticed that my A/C was frozen and needed freon. They fixed it and it works better than ever. They saw the problem before I did and fixed it.

I am attaching the Notice to Vacate to this e-mail. Thank you for your help. I would have had a much harder time making the decision to move if it weren't for the happy and exciting circumstances surrounding my move (a wedding and new home in the near future). I am the director of operations at HFL and have worked closely with the State College residential team for over 6 years. PMI has been managing five or our properties and has done a great job. All the members of the team are highly motivated and qualified professionals.
